1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 1scr ("Platform", "We", or "1scr") governing your access to and use of the 1scr online gaming platform, accessible via 1scr.app and all related subdomains.

By accessing, registering, or using any services provided by 1scr — including but not limited to slot games, bingo, sports betting, live casino, and all other services within the game lobby — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms.

2 Member Eligibility & Account Registration

• You may not register if you are located in a country or region where the use of online gambling services is prohibited by local law.
• You may not register if you are an employee, agent, or close family member of an employee of 1scr or any affiliated company.

The identity verification process (KYC) is part of the standard 1scr registration procedure. You may be required to submit supporting documents such as a national ID, passport, or proof of address during verification. All submitted information is subject to the 1scr Privacy Policy.

3 Account, Password & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. 1scr will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

• Do not share your account password with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols — with a minimum length of 8 characters.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared device.
• Contact 1scr customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized activity on your account.
• 1scr will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Be alert to phishing attempts.

1scr uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your browser and our servers. However, the security of your account also depends on the precautions you take on your end.

4 Fund Deposits & Withdrawals

1scr provides a range of safe and convenient payment methods to let you deposit and withdraw funds quickly in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in your account being suspended.

• Withdrawals are processed within the stipulated timeframe once verification is complete. Standard processing time is between 1 to 5 business days depending on the withdrawal method.

• Any withdrawal exceeding a specified amount requires completed KYC verification before it can be processed.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, unless specifically approved by the 1scr finance team.

1scr does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own charges beyond 1scr's control.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

1scr offers a wide variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to add value to your gaming experience. All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms that vary for each promotion.

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from that bonus can be converted into withdrawable cash.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per account, device, IP address, and household.
• 1scr reserves the right to void any bonuses or wins obtained through promotion abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or betting techniques deemed contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

6 Game Rules & Outcomes

All games offered on the 1scr platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited and certified by accredited independent third-party bodies. This ensures every game outcome is fair, random, and free from any manipulation.

• The RTP (Return to Player) value for each slot game is fixed and can be reviewed in the respective game information.
• Any technical disruption during a game session caused by an issue on the game provider's end may result in the round being voided. Funds will be credited back to your account in such cases.
• Completed game results are recorded by the system and considered final. 1scr is not liable for outcomes that cannot be replicated due to connectivity issues on the player's end.

7 Player Conduct & Responsibilities

You agree to use the 1scr platform in a responsible, lawful, and ethical manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Sharing or transferring funds between different 1scr accounts for the purpose of meeting bonus wagering requirements.
• Making repeated deposits and withdrawals without genuine intent to play, commonly known as "bonus abuse" or "arbitrage".

8 Account Termination & Suspension

Either you or 1scr may terminate the account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• You may request account closure by contacting 1scr customer support. Any eligible balance will be returned to you once all reviews are complete.
• 1scr reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, or legal compliance requirements.
• In cases of termination due to a terms violation, 1scr reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance and wins obtained through activity that breached the rules.
• Players who have requested self-exclusion may not register a new account during the active exclusion period.
• Once an account is terminated at your request, all account data will be retained for the period required by applicable law before being permanently deleted.

9 Liability Limits & Disclaimer

• Under no circumstances shall 1scr's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to that claim.

10 Amendments to These Terms

1scr reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated via a clearly displayed notice on the platform or by email to your registered address.

Continued use of the 1scr platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any eligible balance.

11 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the use of the platform, or any transaction conducted through 1scr shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation between both parties.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the prescribed procedures. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from seeking interim relief or an injunction from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect your rights in an emergency.
